Ez ADU KPDNKK app for iPhone and iPad

Ez ADU adalah satu aplikasi peranti pintar mudah alih yang dibangunkan oleh KPDNKK yang membolehkan pengguna untuk membuat sebarang aduan terus kepada KPDNKK supaya tindakan sewajarnya dapat diambil.
Pengguna boleh membuat pengaduan dengan 4 langkah yang mudah iaitu dengan memasukkan butiran aduan, laporan aduan dan seterusnya membuat geo tagging dan menyertakan gambar sebagai bukti.
Pengguna juga boleh menyemak status aduan dan tindakan yang diambil oleh pihak KPDNKK terhadap aduan tersebut.
Adalah Diharapkan agar dengan aplikasi ini, pengguna lebih aktif dalam membantu KPDNKK mengawasi perdagangan domestik di negara ini.
Aplikasi ini memerlukan IOS 7.0 ke atas. Untuk penggunaan terbaik, sila gunakan IOS 7.0 ke atas dan peralatan dual-core ke atas.

Ez ADU is a mobile smartphone application that has been developed under the initiative by the Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism (KPDNKK) to empower and allow consumers to lodge and manage their complaints direct to the ministry to that proper action may be taken.
Consumers can lodge a complaint using 4 simple steps. The first two are mandatory which is to fill in the complaint details and report. In addition, consumers can also send to KPDNKK images or take a photo as evidence and to geotag the complaint to assist KPDNKK with the investigation.
Users can also check the status of their complaints and read the reports f the investigation.
It is hoped that this Ez ADU app will help KPDNKK to ensure fair domestic trade in the country while protecting the rights of the consumer.
This application requires IOS 7.0 minimum and above. For best experience, please use IOS 7.0 and up, and dual core hardware and up.
